Hydrate your body, hydrate your skin. Apart from drinking lots of fluids, you’re going to want your skin to look and feel great. Night masks, moisturizer and the right foundation is going to be a must as you go from party to party day and night.
While the partying is in full swing, be sure your body is still getting the nutrients it needs. You might want to consider either a multivitamin or some energy shots as you go along.
Trinidad & Tobago Carnival is no joke. So be prepared. The Falls at Westmall will be open on Ash Wednesday and has all you need to recover from the days of partying left behind.
